Thank you for those that came out and supported NEPA PPD!

The first NEPA Pagan Pride Day Festival drew over 257 people during the course of the day and raised 635 pounds of food for Bread Basket of NEPA that we are aiming to hand deliver this week.

The International Pagan Pride Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to the elimination of prejudice and religious discrimination through education, activism, charity and community.
Pagan Pride celebrations are held annually around the world around the Harvest Season. The food drive gives participants a way to share with those who are less fortunate while making a positive statement about Paganism.

For decades Pagans and Witches have been wrongly accused of being evil or worshipping evil entities. In reality most Pagans enjoy a religion emphasizing respect for nature, humanity, and oneself. Modern Paganism, or Neo-Paganism, is a growing religious movement based on combinations of ancient polytheism, modern eco-spirituality, and reverence for the Divine beyond gender stereotypes.

Thank you to everyone that made our first NEPA Pagan Pride Day Festival possible. We are beyond grateful for the amazing people to took part in it. Kojote & Kroh Shamanism, Alice Juliette, Rath Cobv, Hrothgar Tuurson, Grove of the Ancient River Coven, The Monacacy Mediterranean Pagan Temple, Carol Crawford were absolutely amazing presenters.

Kindred Crow was fantastic as well. I'm so grateful for Irene Glasse, Ash Christopher Glasse, Layla Kruse, and Strix Elizabeth. Caine Dreamwalker, we missed you something fierce too .

All of the vendors were beyond wonderful to work with and have. There were so many too. It was an such a blessing.

Hail the Doers! Hail the Community!!! 

We are all longing to go home to some place
we have never been—a place half-remembered and half-envisioned
we can only catch glimpses of from time to time.
Community.
Somewhere, there are people to whom we can speak with passion
without having the words catch in our throats.
Somewhere a circle of hands
will open to receive us, eyes will light up as we enter,
voices will celebrate with us whenever we come into our own power.
Community means strength
that joins our strength to do the work that needs to be done.
Arms to hold us when we falter.
A circle of healing.
A circle of friends.
Someplace where we can be free.
