As the wheel turns and we move toward Imbolc, we find ourselves at the midpoint between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox—a time of rekindling light, nurturing hope, and preparing for the seasons ahead. While winter still holds us in its embrace, Imbolc reminds us that beneath the surface, life is stirring.

Tonight, we gather for our in-person Imbolc Ritual
, honoring Brigid, the goddess of poetry, smithcraft, and healing. This sacred time invites us to reflect, dream, and set intentions for the months ahead. As part of the ritual, participants will have the opportunity to bless their ceremonial tools, divination implements, or creative instruments, infusing them with renewed purpose for the path forward. If you’re joining us, be sure to arrive between 3:45-4:00 PM, as the ritual will begin promptly at 4:10 PM. We’ll conclude the evening with a potluck, so please bring a dish to share (with ingredients listed for those with dietary needs).

In community news, we’re excited to announce that Eric Peisel is our new Wyoming Valley CUUPs Manager for 2025! We look forward to his leadership and the continued growth of our circle. We are also accepting applications for WVCUUPS Officers—if you feel called to serve and help shape our inclusive and magickal haven, we encourage you to apply.

As we navigate the deep winter months, connection is more vital than ever. We are thrilled to share that our WVCUUPS Discord server is thriving! If you haven’t joined yet, this space offers wonderful opportunities for conversation, resource-sharing, and deepening our community bonds. You will need to agree to the rules to see and interact with the full server.

This year, more than ever, we need the power of diversity, inclusion, and shared wisdom. Whether through ritual, leadership, or everyday moments of kindness, each of us plays a role in fostering a safe, vibrant space for Pagans, witches, and earth-centered spiritual paths.

May the returning light bring warmth to your heart and clarity to your path. We look forward to celebrating, growing, and creating magick together in the months ahead!
