Izzy Swanson (they/them) is a trauma-informed healer, mentor, and ritualist specializing in the intersection of addiction recovery, trauma work, and spiritual practice. They are the founder of Transformation Reiki and Liminal Crossings, and is known for creating grounded, accessible, and deeply compassionate spaces. Izzy’s workshops offer practical tools to support safer, more trauma-aware Pagan and polytheist communities
